HODL HAUS Mission:

At HODL Haus, every item is crafted on-demand with purpose — not pulled from a warehouse. Because of this, we don’t offer traditional returns or exchanges like big-box stores. Instead, we honor what makes HODL culture unique: low waste, personal responsibility, and decentralized delivery.


Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is:

Damaged / Incorrect / Printed with an error or defect

All of our products are custom-made for each order — which means we cannot restock or resell them.


If There’s a Problem With Your Order:

We’ll fix it. If your item meets the conditions above:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery

Include: Your order number / A clear description of the issue / Photos showing the problem (required)

If eligible, we’ll offer a free replacement or refund.


Non-Refundable Situations:

We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Small variations in color, alignment, or placement (print-on-demand standard)


International Orders (EU, UK, Canada, Australia & more)

All HODL Haus products are custom-printed on demand, and therefore considered “personalized goods” under international consumer protection laws.

🇪🇺 EU/UK Right of Withdrawal:

Under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalized items are exempt from the standard 14-day return policy.

This means customers in the EU and UK do not have the automatic right to return HODL Haus products unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Replacements & Refunds

Most eligible claims will receive a free replacement

Refunds (when approved) are sent to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

We do not cover return shipping, as items are not physically returned to HODL Haus.


Final Notes:

All HODL Haus products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted third-party production partners

Orders are printed and shipped from locations in the U.S., U.K., E.U., and other regions to minimize delivery time and customs delays

Production typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping

Delivery times vary by region and are shown at checkout
