Crypto Payment Process:

Can I pay with crypto?

Yes. We accept crypto at checkout via BitPay and USDC (and in some cases additional crypto options may appear depending on your device or location). You’ll see “BitPay – Pay with Crypto” during checkout. These checkout options are secured through Shopify. 

Payment Security

All crypto payments are handled through BitPay’s and Shopify secure checkout, not stored by HODL Haus.

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

BitPay typically supports major coins and stablecoins (options shown at checkout). Your exact choices will appear on the BitPay payment screen when you place the order.
Common examples include Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and USDC, plus other supported coins shown in the BitPay window.

How to Pay with Crypto (BitPay) — Step by Step

Add your item to cart and proceed to Checkout.

Enter your shipping details (email + shipping address).

On the payment step, select BitPay – Pay with Crypto.

Click Pay now (or continue) to open the BitPay payment screen.

After selecting Pay Now you will be redirected to BitPay. 

Taxes & Duties FAQ

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, where legally required. Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

How are taxes handled on my order?
We use Shopify’s built-in tax engine to apply the correct rates for each region. Your receipt will reflect any applied taxes.

Who fulfills my order?
All items are made to order and shipped by our network of global production partners, with facilities in the U.S., U.K., EU, and beyond. Your order will ship from the closest location to you whenever possible.

Will I see tax on my receipt?
Yes — if your region requires it, taxes will be clearly listed on your digital receipt at checkout.
